Unable to move message

Hi, I encounter some issues on my iPhone X mail box(hotmail/ outlook) . I have tried to delete some junk mails on the inbox, but, after deleted , it prompted UNABLE TO MOVE MESSAGE, and those mails return back over the inbox.
How could I completely delete those mails from the inbox?
I have also tried to search and delete those particular mails on my desktop, but, nothing found on my pc.

use another email app. many good choices like
Astro
Spark
Outlook etc

I encountered the same issue for my Outlook mail on the stock Mail app. What I did was

1. Removed that said mail account in the Settings app
2. Run the Mail app to confirm if the account is removed.
3. Adding the account again at the Settings app.
