Thank everyone but i found the way to switch on my PC.

I place my CPU infront of my windows, i stay quite high level with this few week wind very strong plus raining non-stop. I found out the reason why i can't switch on is because there is moist in my CPU when the weather is too cold. So everytime before i need to turn on my PC i need to use hair dryer to make sure the casing and internal is somehow dryer and feel abit of heat. This is the first time i have this problem. I hope anyone with the same problem as me can try my method haha.

P.s vac the dust first before you blow dry your CPU.

Suspect the capacitors on PSU/motherboard is having issue charging up from cold, once warm able to power on. Likely to get worse as time passes.

You can consider switching to a decent MB from the big 3. These have moisture protection.
