Unable to reply to thread

I got the following msg when tried to reply certain thread...

Sorry, you don't have permission to bump threads that are more than 30 days old.


Does this apply to everyone?
But I saw some new member replying to thread over a mth...
Pls advice

No problem.. maybe due to being TS.

Ask mod or admin for the reason and cause.
