unable to retrieve password

i am currently logged on Computer A which is what i am using to create this thread.

However when i tried to login on computer B, the password is wrong. thinking i may have forgotten the pw, i requested for password reset, the system prompted that my registered email is not recognized by system.


please assist

Since you can login on Computer A then use it to edit your profile to make the necessary amendment.

i also have this problem , i forgot my password and cannot log in from handphone, this is computer auto saved password so i can log in

email cannot receive , junk mail check, inbox check, all nothing
