Unable to use Iphone Camera for Safe Entry

Hi, yesterday I was on IOS 14.1. For the last few days, I was unable to use iphone camera to scan the safe entry at SGH. Once I scanned the QR quote, a message prompted me to "download with all unknown nos". I clicked on the download and nothing happened. However, I have no issues with other safe entry. Now, I use SingPass for safe entry. Any idea what is the issue and any solution to it? Thanks.

Hi, at least it happened to me before I updated to IOS14.2 at yesterday morning. At yesterday evening, I was able to use the camera to scan the safe entry at SGH. Hope it clarifies.

Happened to me very often.. I think it is iPhone or IOS issue. Force restart the iPhone will fix it but it will come back again sooner or later. I have stop using camera for sign in now. Prefer using TT app via widget now..

Happened to my iPhone too, say about 30% of the time.

These days I just use the Safe Entry widget from SingPass, fast and easy.

Indeed, seems like SingPass Safe Entry is quicker and easier.

9Use Singpass app the scan. Last time the singpass app cannot scan one, but after they update it (many months later), now is fine.
