I'm using a Sitoca 788 computer table. It has a solid slide-out tray for KB and mouse. May be a tad hard to find though.

Second one usd$125.

Unfortunately, the problem is with my desk being too high wrt to my chair (non-adjustable). Either I get a) a new adjustable table, b) new adjustable chair + foot rest (not a good solution), c) some kind of tray for keyboard+ mouse.
