I approached a few interior designers/project coordinators/contractors. I asked about uneven height between floor tiles (also known as lippages).

All simply dismissed it as impossible to reduce it. All put the 100% blame on floor tiles. I clarified by saying that i want to reduce, but not to eliminate uneven tiles.

I suggest them to explore if they offer tile levelling system to achieve a near perfect even height. Then, they agree that that's the way to do it. Not sure if opting for tile levelling system reduces their profit margin.
