Unfair forum moderation

How many times have I received infraction
for commercial related activities and also limiting my
ability to post in marketplace.

Can you compare what is so different about these two threads?
The tone, the format of the thread and etc. are totally
different.

One is clearly advertising while the other one is
a member just wanting to clear his/her stuff.
Stating a lot of facts like condition, collection and etc.

Please be fair in moderation, understand the difference.
Don't suka suka cuz either this member is being blacklisted
in this forum so can just issued infraction.

I have wrote to you in email but no one have replied
back to me why is the forum being moderate this way.
Like in mention in my email if I belongs to a company
than issue me a warning or email to state my ACRA
registration number.

I'm not performing commercial sales in your forum.
If you don't think so than let's go court and sort things out.
I am very unhappy with such unfair moderation
being treated as if like a commercial entity.

From what we are seeing, all your infractions have expired. So we are not sure what is it you are unhappy about.

If it is about the thread that you have highlighted, we have already given TS a warning. Doesn't mean that other people make a mistake, means that you have the right to make the same mistakes too.

What the f is wrong with you HWZ?
Time and time again need to send me

Kindly explain this as if even if I did post in wrong forum I did
post a kind statement that if I post wrong kindly move it to
the right place.

Seriously please give a logical explanation for this as I already did
put a statement there but yet you give a infraction.
If you wish to be that strict than next time I will not
post any thread anymore as I don't feel respected.

That statement is not an immunity for infraction. You are expect to read and understand the sticky before starting any thread in the forum.

You should know better not to post in the wrong forum with a chain of previous infraction for wrong forum posting.

If all members put such a statement in every thread, are we not allowed to give infraction despite previous violation of the TOS/sticky?

This has been repeated to you by the admins and moderators to stick to the marketplace rules.

Here we go again accusing me of things I didn't commit.
Enough seriously, first I was forced not to post at HWC
and I will stop using your marketplace.

Total disrespect for a senior member which have been
here for so long.
How will I not know what not to post, what to post.
Is this how you treat long term members?

Enough is enough seriously, I'm not opposing your system
nor what so ever.
I just feel that moderation is being done unfairly without
clear justification.

Other forum aren't that strict as HWC so I rather
use other SPH classified services than here.
Save the trouble and frustration.
