Hi, i am writing this to appeal against my recent infraction.
I started a sales thread with a wrong title and posted my stuff, however i had requested for a removal of the thread on this forum and waited before i started a new thread on the marketplace selling the same items.

The admins ignored my request to close my older threads and infracted me for starting 2 similar threads selling the same stuff. I dont think this is very fair to me as i has demonstrated adequate effort to close my previous thread and stop bumping it before opening a new one.

I strongly suggest hardwarezone admins to improve on the quality of the admins recently, otherwise more paying members will be writing letters and emails to SPH to highlight them about the current situation of unfair infraction and inefficiency. Current sagas that i read on this forums are also damaging HWZ's name.

If my infraction is not lifted i would like to see reasons why HWZ admin decide to ignore my request to close my older thread but infracted me instead.

I also would like to request for you to reopen this thread that has been closed and infracted.

If you close both of the threads, which is not similar, then what do i do? Open a new one? Why is there a need to infract both threads?

-regards

Dear Member,

You can edit the first post of your old thread to >>>Closed<<< when your sale has concluded without bumping the thread.

Moderators and Administrators will close these threads and will not penalise you for creating new threads when you have done so.
