First, the clinic said do a search which i did
i came upon a thread which is to my interest and TO DATE, It is still applicable information because how will IT thing get obsolete when it comes to repair? Its not like IMAC is already no longer in the market and the things i shared is not true.

Next, the bot gave me a link n i tried to search for 'dig'
I only see 5 dig words highlighted and thats the signature of the moderator.

Why should I be given the warning? THe thread is 11-2012. Not even 6mths.

Furthermore, i havent even mentioned that the TS post can be due to a CURRENT recall program by apple for 2009-2011 imac. I PM TS instead to inform him abt it too.

I think this is unacceptable n very pissed abt it.

hello petpet

am new to this warning thing regarding thread digging.
i searched on imac n hard disk problems and saw this thread n posted... why like this consider thread digger sia. its not even edmw where posts can be outdated but for imac, even now they r doing a recall on 2009-2011 machines, why is it consider as thread digger??? Besides repair items, how could it be outdated? ask us to do a search, do liao n post something end up digger? esp when the shop is still in business? this is stupid manz. go where n dispute it?

Thanks!

Hihi,

That's the reason why you were given a warning instead of an infraction — you're still new to the Apple Clinic. I saw your post, http://deluxeforums.hardwarezone.co...air-experience-funan-level-4-a-3970892-2.html. Correct me if I am wrong but the last posting date of the thread was a year back, or (22/12/2012) 4 months to be exact. I'm sure the mods would be fine if someone bumped the thread up asking questions and looking for a solution and you posted your current solution.

However it seems that the thread has already found it's solution a year back.

If you wish to have your warning disputed. You may wish to start a thread here — Online Services & Basic Membership Support/Feedback - www.hardwarezone.com.sg

Regards,
Petpet.

Hi Lanegie,

The warning may have seemed a tad harsh but you were after all, digging up threads where the last posts were 2 months or older. Also you posted one after another in the old threads. Nevertheless, yours posts were of substance.

Anyway, it is just a warning and bears no tangible consequence, save to gently remind you to be aware of the guidelines and of others.

Members had reported you of thread digging but you were only warned for one for the reason I had explained. We hope you understand our intentions just as we do yours.
