Unidentified network on M1 broadband

Hi, need your expertise. I just subscribe to M1 fibre broadband 2 days ago. Tested on the wireless(wifi) on the day itself. No problem connecting to my iphone,samsung phone and my acer laptop using wireless. But my 2nd laptop,NEC using window vista can open up IE even it shows connected to internet. It shows unidentified network(wifi name) when my cursor is put at the network icon. Try 192.168.1.1 setting up wireless in it, reset my router (ASUS) and called technical help seem to be no avail. Appreciate your help if you have solution or any other thing I can try further. Thanks for reading my post and hope to get some feedback soon.
