I bought the oxford broadcloth LS shirts from uniqlo. I find that that its very hard to iron, and easily forms creases. Is this normal?

yes, wait till you see their fine cloth shirts, even worse

the only way to get those creases out during ironing is to spray lots of water on the shirt
