3DD isn't really a bass monster as you think it would be, I would say the most bassy one is the the Merlin.

Did mention about the sound of the 3DD being more balanced, with good soundstaging and layering.

:/ I prefer the sound of DD though. Feels more natural to me. How abt the bass of 3DD with the bass filter? Can fight with atrio ma?

Nope. Just pair it with a good source can liao

Some media players already have a good internal amp. If you're using iPod or iPhone and want better sound, I suggest upgrading to another music player rather than just buying LoD + amp

Not necessary to be used with amps, wasteful I would say not really but depending on which version on iPod/iPhone.

The 4g/5.5g iPods is good using the lineout with an amp though.

Why not? Now ION store has all only, PS soon will have too.

I think most of them already fixed. Hard to know unless you own a pair yourself. I can compare my Aero to the demo
