How's the quality?

It's good enough. depending on how much more you willing to spend you can go and upgrade to third part cables :)

usually the aftermarket ones quite expensive but their build quality is already one reason not to go back to the stock ones (For most of them at least) and if you read the reviews, alot of them sound so much better until they don't use the stock ones anymore.

Reading this will give you a better idea ;)

18 custom IEM/TF10/Shure/IE8 cables reviewed (Effect Pearl, Apollo, & Odin added 3/20/13)

/end of poison

Build quality similar to Westone ES cables, I would say the sound is good and whether aftermarket cables would be better and how much better is personal.

I would rather have multiple earphones and a good cable that last rather than having to worry about what cable would cause minimal improvement to the sound. - However, to some that minimal improvement might be the Midas Touch. :s7:

Stock cable is quite small and light versus the larger 3rd party cables though...

Yeah my TWag V2 hybrids are a tad hard to manage. Sometimes I wish I had my thinner cables such as the JH Audio custom cables or ES2 cables, but they just don't have the sound that the hybrids produce.
