I got my RMA Miracle back today.
Turnaround time was about 4.5 weeks.

Huge commendations to both Stereo and UM.
Stereo for the fast and responsive service.
UM not only took care of the channel imbalance, they took the liberty to replace my recessed socket and gave my customs a good polish.

Yup. The 8 weeks delay don't seems to apply to stereo's um. Received my customs in 25 days. Extremely commendable service!

Bcos 8 working weeks means 56 working days which also means 11 weeks plus..

And just wanna rant, I have been waiting for 2 months for my 8a still not done.. Damn it..

As for the announcement of the 8 weeks, we didn't receive any updates from our liaison at UM. For us it is still minimum 6 weeks.
