Hi guys! I have just gotten a interview for a full time degree program in Human Resource Management for the JULY 2015 intake. Was wondering if you guys went for the interview before, could you give me some advice for the interview? Really hope to get into the uni

I heard the interview consist of many parts such as group and individual interviews...

What questions or topic for discussions do they ask during the group interview?

What do they normally ask in the individual interview? What else should i take note?

Went for the 7 Apr slot.
For the essay writing, it's a component of an A Level GP paper. If you arrive half an hour before reporting time, you can read through and plan what you wanna write.If you are a poly kid, ask your JC friends around...how to write proper AQ.

Cognitive test: what you would expect.

For group discussion, someone has to start the ball rolling, then it's up to the group to be proactive and raise points or rebutt.
Best is to give your view of someone's point and then bring up your own. Don't monopolise the session. They want to know if you will do well in a seminar style environment. So speak articulately and don't rush/make general statements.

One on one interview is mostly to get to know your reason for entering your chosen course. Also, they might want to ask about certain activities or certificates that you have.
Tip of the day: Keep in mind their school philosophy.
