Anyone applying to 2014 Jan intake?

Applied in april. When for interview in june. Now awaiting their reply. Got a reply from their admin stating that confirmations will be given before oct.

I was still thinking about applying after the open house on 31st August.

hi just wanna know. usually how long will it take to receive the provisional letter? is it difficult to apply for it as i know there are certain requirements needed. and if we don't heed the minimum, do we then get rejected?

-feeling doubtful- hope you guys can help out. especially those who are already offered a course in the school. thanks.

Maybe you want to introduce yourself abit like which basic requirements you met/didn't meet for this who are already offered a course in the uni to advise you.

1) 21years and above
2) local diploma
3) 2 years work experience or currently working full time with a company.

alright noted. thanks for the information that you have given me which gives me a very clear understanding on the admission process. yes i have already completed my NS. guess i have to find a full time job first for at least 2 months before i can start applying. hope i can be unisim student in a few months time.

I think you just need to find a full time job and you will qualify. Their criteria includes currently working full time in a company.

No you don't. You either need to have a full time job OR have 2 years experience.

Yah. So when he got a full time job he will qualify right? He don't need to clock the 2 years requirement.

Actually yes but i submitted the online application one day after the closing date, which is soo depressing. So that is why it was channeled to jan14. i heard rumours about harder entry requirements so i quickly applied first.

- which university is better and more recognized - UNISIM or UOL in Accountancy?
- what are the career prospects after graduation?

Don't need social network.
1. Lets say you and a friend apply same course and apply same module, there are still chance you both will be in a different class on the same day.

2. I am from BICT and there is really no need to interact there...most people just reach and sit down listen to lecture/do labs.

3. From what I know there are no "group" projects/lab

Still no harm building social network...just that you don't really need to...i mean after lesson will go home right since it is at night..not like poly days can eat lunch chit chat go next lesson together lol.

Also nobody talk much in class too.
