Does indicating to my ps that I don't want to go command school cause I'm so negative about ns and hate BMT will post me into worse unit? I not burden to my bunk mates in fact I'm quite likable by everyone just that I hate BMT life cause I hate kana punish for small reason. It's like being screamed at by your boss everyday even when booking out. I'm just curious if my unit posting will be affected like tio rifleman or those jialat unit. Not to mention I'm also unfit for ocs or scs cause injury and insomnia.

They will still assess your skills via SIT test, if they require you or need the headcount, and you met all the requirements, you will still be posted there.

Even with injury and insomnia, if you don't down PES you are still eligible (physically) and have to take IPPT annually.

Your unit posting depends on the unit intake also. Normally you will be needed to take over a ORD batch so that there's no disruption in the battalion.

Your commanders won't get to decide your posting.

If there is no such thing as a benchmark unit to begin with, how will you know whether it is worse if you indicate you don't want to go to command school? Anyway I think you should tell your PC and not your PS. Also I think you can say you don't want, but you may still end up there also.

Kena punish for every small reasons is not unexpected? Because that's just how they operate there?

Tio rifleman or jialat unit is always a possibility even if you say you want to go command school but end up not being able to go.

If you are really unfit for OCS or SCS cause of injury and insomnia and you don't pass your command school FFI or something like that, even if you say you want to go command school also cannot.

if it is stressful to even having to make a decision in whether to go command school, how about when it comes to making the same in selecting your vocation?

not sure if this has been implemented yet but this is one of the plan which Mindef intends/have implemented for NSFs.

in fact all these stresses are the same to all enlistees had experienced, especially on the course they should be taking for their tertiary education.

after NS, it will be university or career path.

next is about issues that will occur later in life.

my opinion is, is good to think about it but keep these stresses limited.. n have a clear picture in what u want to do and the degree of acceptance in what it has happened.
