Unjustified Infraction Received.

I refer to my recent infraction and thread closure by hwzadmin on 15 July 2014, 8.21am.

I received an infraction of 3 points for Reason: Unsolicited Content (Commercial solicitation / Ads / Referrals / Spam)

This infraction is for the original post:

Selling 32 GB Sandisk SDHC Class 10 Card 30MB/s @ $32 only!

There is a misunderstanding by the admin.
I suspect the admin gave me an infraction of 3 points because of my 2 threads here.

I understand that I am not allowed to create multiple threads for sale of the same product.

I wish to clarify - the thread at A was settled and "closed" as it had been sold. In addition, though both thread A and B are the same product, item in thread A is OPEN, NOT sealed and USED.

Whilst at thread B, the item is BRAND NEW and SEALED. These are 2 difference sale thread. Once item at thread A has been sold, I did not bump it any more and left it alone.

I created a new thread because I am now selling a new set.

Please explain and advise if any rules were broken.

Thread A indicated as SOLD, no question about it.

Thread B is an active thread started on 07-07-2014, 10:13 PM and deleted on 08:21, 15th Jul 2014 which you are using along side WTS: SLIM TPU ( US Made Brand - Uppercase) Keyboard Protector Macbook 13" .

Which unjustified Infraction are you referring to?

Oh I see.

So the reason for the infraction is because of my 2 threads selling 2 different item in the same sub forum.

I understand. I have no stand here, will take further caution in future.
