Unlock required or compaitable for Huawei E5332

Hi,

I intends to get Huawei E5332 and use together with starhub mobile broadband (data only) SIM card.

Is there need to unlock the E5332 and setup required?

Please advise... as before I make the purchase..

Tink no need unlock cos I using a MIFI too..
insert SIM, power on n setup e password

but I realize when overseas, most telcos dun support such devices..
