Unscrewing data cable when pc is on

Was moving my rig from one place to another in the house today ...

Turned my pc on but my monitor wasn't showing anything. So I unscrewed the data cable connected to the graphics card and screwed it back on, when both the PC and monitor are still turned on.

Is this okay?

This should be fine for an ad-hoc event like shifting location.
Look like TS is not getting signal after the shift.
