Having this issues recently as well, I noticed this only happened after I updated my ASUS BIOS to the latest. Did you flash new BIOS recently? Try clearing CMOS

if can't even go into bios, most likely is motherboard.
Send for RMA.

i cant rma. its old. hahaha. i think i need to spend for new mobo.

btw randomly i could access. Not always. that is why i want to confirm that its really dead.

Btw, does anyone know how to revive a old motherboard?

if i work on those capacitor, changing it to new, will it help?
