OK, I found that they kept the old interface here :

https://pib.uob.com.sg/PIBLogin/appmanager/Login/Public

It seems cannot access the old iBanking anymore leh.

I do not understand why they have to rush to launch the new iBanking when the feature is not even matching the old one.

I cannot see the details of my mortgage. Only the outstanding amount. No interet rate, no next payment date, no next payment amont which were all available on thd old iBanking.

Sigh

All websites are re-designed to be usable by tablet. However, it sucks when u try to navigate using a desktop PC.

today keep getting this :

You have been logged out of your UOB Personal Internet Banking session due to one of the following reasons:

  • Session inactivity for more than 30 minutes.
  • You have logged in for more than 90 minutes.
  • Attempted URL address change or bookmark on your internet browser

When I try to re-login, this screen pops up again... In the end have to login in porn mode...

I think they can win the most stupid internet banking in town award le.

I never see any internet banking as lousy as this. The whole logic does not gel.

I clock Pay Bill and look at My Cc tabs, show me the list of all my CC tabs showing account number, min payment, amount use, and there is action button there.

Obviously, I click on the action button with expectation I will see selection like Pay Now, Pay Later etc. But when I click on that Action button, it show Details. Then it shows the last 5 transactions on that account (cannot show more).

Who really want to see the transaction details when you want to pay the bill.

Never mind, click the account number bring me to the payment setup screen. There is a big Pay Now button next to it again there is a small icon with 2 options (Schedule Payment and Manage Alert).

Since I want to pay the bill in the future I select Schedule Payment and you know what screen I get.

It brings me to the Upcoming Payment and Transfer. It is essentially show me what ever the Future transactions that has been setup.

I have used all the internet banking from most (if not all) banks in Singapore and I never see such wierd (if not stupid) logic.

Yes, it's lousy. Click on credit card to see transaction history, only show 10 entries then need to click show more to show next 10 then continue to keep clicking to see another 10, can't they use their brain? If I want to see transaction history, that's mean I want to see ALL transactions in the statement, is that so hard to show all?

There are two icons: "magnifier" icon and "down arrow/download" icon.

Clicking the "down arrow/download" icon once will show ALL transactions in excel file. This file can be edited to remove all payments, thereby showing updated total spending, a vast improvement over the previous IB platform.

I fully agreed with you. They are making simple internet banking looks very complicate. Not user friendly at all.

I agree with you. However this can be a technical limitation on the choice how the get the details transtions from card system.

But again, very poor choice of interfacing.

Really do not understand why UOB spend money to replace their fully functional internet banking (i like the old one which I think among the best in town) to super sexy UI but very stupid system.

I think Uncle Wee should sack those people that decide on this.

Can't agree more with your statement.

Yes, they indeed make their internet banking very complicated and stupid.
