Hi guys, recently just got my UOB one credit card. Initially use the card to go atm to update pin only. And was charge cash advance percent fee of $15 dollars even though I did not withdraw cash... Anyone encounter before?
Is there a way to waive the fee off?

No min to qualify but some GIRO have min to be triggered e.g. uob credit card min $10.01

also beware that if deduction is at the end of the month, sometimes it will lapse due to week ends. try to giro those invoices due mid month.
