Hi guys, do your app receive notifications if money transfer to your UOB one account? Mine didn't, but I already enable notifications for UOB app.

That's what I suspected too...and when I asked them about a previous account they said I had none :spin: Thanks!
If anyone else is still experiencing the same nonsense I was, apply for a credit card or debit card (which as a natural consequence results in a UOB One account being opened) using the forms here instead and not the one on the main page: https://www.uob.com.sg/personal/customer-service/application-forms.page#list-item-cards. Worked for me at last, they need to get this **** fixed man :ROFLMAO:

From the UOB app, I see the following

30 Aug
Pending
Xxx merchant
$xx.xx

Does this means it’s posted on 30aug? Or have to wait for the transaction to be confirm?

No lah.
Now in sep already , confirm your transaction is in sep.
Aug accounts all closed , it won’t retrospectively apply.

Thank you!

Just like to provide some feedback. Both spends on Shell and Polar before 1+ pm yesterday got posted same day yesterday.

So glad I will not miss my interest! Really made my day
great for you and good idea to try a few place since its just $1.
like someone already pointed out, its possible to appeal for the interest (subject to UOB approval), will need to spend the shortfall in following month (i.e 500+1 for your case if approved)

Realized uob app cannot go into hr details of each transaction. How do I know what is the posted date?

I just got the card in late aug but none of my spending have cleared the status of "pending"

They will reset on the 2nd working day. Is at included. As Fri is Holiday. This mth reset occurs on the 4th. CC payment is counted when the transaction is no longer marked as pending. But let say is SALA payment occured on the 1st of Sept. It will be reflected on the next working day after the counter reset.

Mine too, need to wait for a while before the cc section reappeared, I think 2 or 3am, maybe they posting the transactions or some system thing.

Can see the posted date when it is posted. If pending means yet to be posted. When did you spend? Some merchants take a few days, some can be posted on the same day.

today I check, the date shown is 2 Sep, instead of 1 Sep. Wah, I lugi 1 day of interest ??

Ok, finally some of my transactions are posted. Can see as follows:
-----
30 Aug
Posted 2 Sep
Xxx merchant
$xx.xx
-----

Now I understand why no need click in for details.

not sure what you meant by backdated. The spending date and posting date is shown for each transaction clearly in the app.

just figure out that Amaze also will post by next working day...Amaze very prompt in getting $.
