For those using PayNow to credit salary from other banks into UOB One , are you doing this manually every month or can you set up some recurring PayNow transfer so that it happens without your intervention?

In my POSB app I don’t see any options for recurring payments with PayNow.
I'm not very sure on this. I have only done this once when my company credited my salary too early, which ended up with two salary credits in one month and none in the next.

I believe that the monthly balance in the online UOB is for the past months.
you could use your own calculation..
(number of daysx100k + 3/4 days x zero?+ number of days x 103k) / 30 days
if you are still worry if may be lower than 100k avearge, then put slightly more to achieve more than $100k…..Maybe say $100,050 AMB

Yesterday I started transferring some funds into my UOB One account. Started with a $5 Paynow transfer (with “PAYNOW SALA” comment) from my POSB account for testing, and followed by 150k FAST transfer.

Today while checking the UOB personal banking website, I saw that my UOB One account’s current balance is 150005 while available balance is 150000. There’s an item called Total Earmark of $5. Does UOB One earmark funds? I thought earmarking only applies to Stash account.
Yes, if you participate in the savings promo with your UOB One account, but the earmarked amount cannot be just $5.

The average monthly balance in the UOB TMRW is for past months. You may use the formula provided by the @Froggyman to find out your average monthly balance for the current month.

Go to your internet banking and click on your savings account. You will see the MAB for last 3 months.

50k because it has to be fresh funds compared to your March ADB.
My concern is if I select 50k to earmark and they compared it to Mar ADB of 100k. It is a lesser amount and they will not consider it for the additional $250 cash credit.

ur earmarked amt selected should be the increased/ top up amt on top of ur MAB prior month ? So say ur MAB is 100K, u earmarked 50K, meaning u will need to top up 50K to get it earmarked and the cash credit of 250 for this earmarked amount. This earmarked funds need not be smaller or larger than the MAB of ur prior mth. My understanding

they will only compare with mar ADB and consider the fresh funds that is earmarked for the cash credit

I think you can view it if you are login to UOB internet banking site, not app.
can view from the app too.

1. go to UOB One Account details
2. click on 'Details' tab
3. scroll down to bonus interest history and click on Mar 2024.
4.you can see the monthly average balance for march

Anyone using XNAP? I have issues using it yesterday evening.

I message the liquidgroup and their support replied
'the XNAP app is currently undergoing maintenance and will be temporarily suspended during this period.'

Is there any other alternatives?

how does this earmark actually work? lets say now i have $100k in uob one. I join this promo and earmark 50k.

If suddenly i want withdraw 1k from the account, i can right? because technically that 1k will be taken out from that initial $100k i had in the account and not from the 50k earmarked monies yea?

No. You earmarked an additional 50k. Means total 150k. So you need to maintain 150k during the earmark period.

i thought only the $50K is earmarked. you can still withdraw the remaining amount.

Referring to T&C 2.3 (i)

"(i) you must successfully deposit a minimum amount of S$20,000, S$50,000, S$100,000, or S$150,000 in
Incremental Fresh Funds (the “Participating Deposit”) into your Account"

The earmark promo is earmarking incremental fresh fund. And this incremental fresh funds will be compared to the monthly average balance on March.
