Oic. Probably there is a min for paying of credit card bill

I think the cut off is 10. If your uob cc bill is less than 10 for a card, they will not trigger a giro transfer

Think it's up to the billing organization. My UOB card got 5$ outstanding dun know for how many months (i think at least one yr plus). I never notice it since it's on giro and they dun send either paper statement or e statement.. i only notice it until i applied ibanking.

But last month i oso got a $0.7 giro from m1 got triggered. Even m1 web site also doesn't allow mw to pay.. but somehow it allows giro..

Although the giro bank is not uob. But i think all banks do the same. If billing org sends request, the bank has to pay..

UOB says the amount depends on the billing organisation.
For IRAS, prop tax trigger is $10 min, income tax is $20 min.
Starhub, no minimum as I understand.

if any 1 month dont hit $500 spending, how does the interest rate change? (assuming 50k in the account)

0.05% for 50k for that month only?

Thanks dork32. I forgot all about Aviva SAF. :s13:

1) Charity donation Giro
2) Income tax monthly Giro
3) Aviva SAF Giro.

Set! :D

Any charity organization that accept $1 monthly donation via GIRO?

Best can qualify for tax relief too :)

Best is to check with the charity. Some charities: To get tax relief at the end of the year, need to accumulate at least $10 / $50 of total donations

UOB one account monthly bonus interest calculation if you meet both criteria and has at least $50k :

((1.5*10000)+(2.0*20000)+(3.33*20000)-(0.05*50000))/100*[no of days in the month]/365

or simply

$(3.263*[no of days in the month])

Eg. Jan got 31 days, so it is $101.15

BUMP for those who missed this ... :s12::s12::s12:

Anyone knows how much interest I should get if I transfer $30K to my UOB One account by tomorrow to make it S$50K from my OCBC 360 account? Regret not transferring earlier...

Assuming you hitting the higher interest for fulfilling $500 card spending+salary crediting/3giro.

20k for 22 days and 50k for 8 days yields:

1.5%*22/365*10k+2%*22/365*10k+2.43%*8/365*50k = $47.72

Hi guys, sorry if this is a repeated qns but just wanna verify that the One CC quarterly rebate won't matter to the month's CC spend for saving acc bonus and next quarter's CC rebates?

E.g. Apr spend of $500 with a $50 rebate on 30 Apr which makes the CC statement payable in May at $450.

Yes, it wont matter if its the rebates.

But if its refund, then it will affect

"Spend S$500 on your UOB One Card and/or UOB Direct Visa Debit Card" to qualify for the ONE account's bonus interest.

For this $500 spend on ONE Card, is it based on calendar month, or statement cycle?
