no. i fully know well. what is pending, what is posted. all posted amount will be at Amount used. and usually amount used value will be reflected to the tracker regardless eligible or non eligible spend. mine all eligible spend

Then it might be due to the tracker date not updated till current. Else call UOB and ask.

just check. because 1 transaction that i made with healthub (Singhealth) not an eligible spend...
but i remember i always make use of this healthhub to boost my eligible spend! but now suddenly not eligible.

looks like now uob now is getting so difficult to earn those interest!

MCC = 9399 CNTRY CD = 702 CRD ACCPT NME & LOC SINGHEALTH Singapore

Seems HealthHub or SingHealth changes its MCC after August 1st. My August 2nd transaction did not get the points, but end July got… wasted a few hundreds..

not sure hospitals like NUH via healthhub is still eligible

I still haven't see this month Bonus Interest credit into my UOB 1 account yet ? Something is wrong.... :unsure:

Call and ask ba... Should practice checking the activities details near month-end to confirm targets reached

Check the tracker first eg to see if you met the $500 card spending. If tracker shows less than $500 when you spend more than $500, try to see if you can spot which transactions did not meet eg was it posted in Aug instead of Jul ? Or not eligible
