Any comment on the following ?

if you have 50k.
Jan put in OCBC
Feb put in UOB
Mar put in OCBC to earn that extra 1% on increment.
Continue all the way alternating between month.

yeah. dec you tell hr to credit salary to ocbc, jan you tell hr to credit salary to uob, feb you tell hr to credit salary to ocbc.

if your girlfriend doing hr then ok loh.

so if I giro SP services, hdb, insurance to uob one card and hit $500, does it means I already fulfill the criteria? No need credit salary?

I believe that qualifies you for 1.6% interest if you have 50k but if you want 2.43% interest, you need to also credit salary or have 3 giro payments from the uob one account.

Not sure if SP allow u to giro to a credit card though. Since only POSB everyday card is the official card.

UOB one account is a either or thing..U either credit salary OR giro 3 stuff.

Alot of things can be giro-ed. Why not just ask if the vendor allows u to do giro? If it does, ask UoB if it accepts. It is definitely faster than asking here.

if u only have $50k...

u Jan put in OCBC, Feb put in UOB...so u are not gunning for the UOB CC rebate? as well as incur min avg penalty for OCBC (<3k) if so..den ok

and ur credit card usage has to alternate as well. hence u will not earn UOB CC rebate at all..Unless u spend both sides ($1k)

If u have $100K and meet all criteria, den open both ocbc360 and uob one. Put ur salary in ocbc and ur spending and giro in uob.

Come next mth u will have one confirm online payment in ocbc for your uob credit card.

Anything earn above 50K in each account, quickly transfer them to scb bonus saver. Lol

ur spending have to be $500 in OCBC as well to earn the additional .5% and 3 online transactions

unless u dont mind settle for 1.2%

is there anyway to specify the amount to pay? also when is the date of deduction? can we specify the date of deduction? or it will be deducted on the due day?

so if lets say i wanna giro pay my posb everyday, ocbc 365, citi bank clear, i will need to apply in posb, ocbc and citibank? not via uob?

You have to apply Giro via the credit card issuer bank.

So far i only see 2 options - Full Payment or Minimum Payment in OCBC / UOB / Standard Chartered Giro Form

So actually can la
They bluff me is it?

But this form must submit to OCBC, right? They can reject also I think
I'll try to go there again tomorrow, maybe different CS got different answer

There's too many forms or Staff might not have knowledge.

i went to a branch which could not even find the physical form. They pass me a OCBC Giro Form which is meant for deducting from OCBC Account after going thru 3 folders of forms.

after which i told them i need interbank giro, they went to print from the internet for me.
