is it possible to get the card if we walk up to the counter and give them a deposit for it?

government payment not yet excluded from $500 card spend for uob one account bonus interest

but is excluded for quarterly cash rebate?

I wish they can make it easier for customers who have both one account and one card. All these exclusions cause unnecessary anxiety.

ok that's what i thought. and this govt payment (S&CC) still counts to the uob1 card minimum 500 spend right

govt payment excluded from quarterly rebate, min spend, min 5 transaction of uob one card

Wow this is bloody confusing.
So in summary, payments to govt does not count in credit card spend/rebates, but actually do count for uob1 account bonus criteria for card spend

Unless it is a card present swiped on UOB terminal, the earliest posting is tonight, i.e, earliest posting is on second working day and reflect on statement on the third day.

While Sunday is usually not counted as a day, I have a few cases (both local and overseas) where I swiped on Sunday on non UOB terminals and they were posted on Monday.

Does anyone know if the minimum 5 transactions for UOB One rebate needs to be only from the principal card holder? Or supp card holder is enough?

If say for example, the supplementary card holder does all the spending(5 transactions) for the month while the principal card holder does 0, will it be qualified for that month of cash rebate? Or besides the spending on the supp card, the primary card holder needs another 4 transactions(taking supp card spending transfer to principal as one transaction)?

Can't find a definitive answer on this

I am new to this UOB one account thing...late

Have signup for 3 GIRO from One account, now need to figure out 500$ spend from credit card ...
1. I read in UOB special terms n cond, they have specifically mentioned that EZ link and related transit link auto reload is not counted ...is anyone here still getting interests which is combined from EZ topup for 500$ spend.

2. I read that only way to pay SP service utility bill with credit card is visit their customer center....I know they have in Woodlansds, Toa Payoh...have anyone tried it there ? ....Also I see a SP office in pasir panjang, Mapletree Business City - has anyone tried to pay bill there with credt card ?

3. I am doing some monthly GIRO charity donations with card, they should be counted for sure for 500$ spend right ?

Both main and supp combine 5 transactions is definitely ok cos that is what I am doing all along~ I think all 5 from supp card also ok~
