Call the hotline to find out what is going on and to clarify you understand your quarterly cycle correctly.
If your spendings met the requirements, the 4th month statement should printed the reward summary. When I not qualify, my 4th month statement no such printing. After appeal, I only got the 1st reward summary printing in the 6th month statement and the reward used to offset my spending in that statement.

Does anyone know how many times you can "appeal" for the rebate if you miss the amount for 1 month? I know from reading here 1 time is ok, but does it refresh every year etc?

Reason I'm asking is because for my 2nd month the customer agent told me I hit liao so I didn't use the card further then only found out 1 transaction is for MCST thru AXS so don't qualify. I called up and they said don't worry just appeal and will be ok, but my worry is that this time its really not my fault as I double checked with their agent so I feel this 1 time "appeal" should not be as my fault..
