does this include new sales or recurring monthly premiums as well?

There were a few items missing from my supermarket delivery because they were out of stock. As a result, my charged bill was short of the expected amount. So, my uob total spend is short of $20 plus. Any chance of succeeding if I appeal?

just call and try, did not get my bonus interest for april too, my transaction is an online fengshui course, just because the seller has the word 'academy', that purchase was excluded, was told that it falls under education.
