Managed to hit my min spend! Thanks everyone for the advice. Spent on ShopBack, grab, shopee, and paid electricity bill, none were posted on the same day.

Did they post the next working day? Or how did you get around it

Last time miss the spend still can appeal for both the rebates and additional rebates as long as 3 mths hit 1.5k... Now they only approved the 3.33% rebates and rejected the additional rebates appeal. Need to take note of spending near mth end... Missed the prev mth due to shorter mth plus new card and my auto card payments couldn't go through as didn't update new details...

just then realized the cashback for the quarterly rebate from Jan to Mar was not given in the early April statement (Statement date on the 2nd day of each month).

First time not receiving the quarterly cashback for so many years. At least S$700 qualifying spend for each statement in each of these 3 months. Dunno why.

if your quarterly months are Jan, Feb and March, you should only see the rebates in your May statement, unless you mean your quarterly months is dec-jan, jan-feb, feb-mar...

I think he meant the standard $50 quarterly rebate for spending $700 per month.. it should be reflected on his online account but not yet credited (it is used to offset the April credit card bill to be paid in May).

maybe some of the transactions are not eligible spend?

yes, the quaterly rebate, mine is dec-feb, of course it will not be credited immediately in march and I received it only this month...but it can be confusing if the statement month is not pegged to the 1st each month..

edited: after reading your reply again, I din know can see the amount reflected even before it is credited

yes, we can... it's like a earmarked amount to be credited. it disappears once it's used up to offset the next bill.

maybe need the OP to check again if he can see the earmarked credits ($50).

where can you see it? only on the app? I checked my feb pdf statement, dont see it even though the amount is credited this month to offset my march bill

we can only see it the month after the quarter ends. for mine it's Feb - Apr, so I can only see it on 2 May (I think, if not 1 May since it's a PH).

it will show up at the top of the page when you log in online banking or in the app and is shown below the account balance and stuff.

those whose quater is from Jan - Mar should be able to see it this month (provided they hit the criteria) before it disappears as it will be posted as a transaction (credit) to offset their April bill (shown as "50.00 CR" or something like that).

insurance premiums are not counted towards the quarterly rebate eligible spend, only for the bonus interest rates
