So who use the UOB ONE card with the ONE account $500 min spending a month to get that $50 rebates per quarter? Question is fee waiver they waive or not? if only $6k spending? They dont waive, wont get the bonus interest leh. Its like suck thumb at their mercy? Or just cut every extra card u dont use with them until left 1 they will waive?

According to their telephone helpline you can definitely waive if you only have one card with them.

My dad got a waiver spending less than 1k for the whole year.

Hi all, my one card cashback quarter is in JUN, JULY and AUG. I just realised my JUN cycle does not have any spending because the POST date is 1 day after my JUN cycle.

Anybody managed to appeal on this?

Is this your new card? I mean is this your first quarter? First quarter can prorated the cashback because the first month some time just not manage to meet.

I've been getting cashback for the past 3 quarters. Just that my current JUN cycle POST date is 1 day after my cycle date. I have already met my JUL cycle, and waiting to pay for my AUG cycle.

The cust care told me to wait for my current quarter to end to make an appeal. Not sure whether will it be successful. If not, then I will be using the card for nothing :(

I'm referring my transaction posted date was 1 day after the last day of my billing cycle.

example:
- billing cycle 20 May - 19 Jun.
- spending transaction date 15 Jun
- spending posted date 20 Jun (1 day after the Jun billing cycle)
