yeah...anyway its already specifically stated on the webpage

"Get an additional 5% on Grab rides, food and top-ups when you qualify for your quarterly cash rebate, and enjoy up to S$2,400 cash rebate in a year!:

Grab ride = Direct Charge to Credit Card
Food = Grab Food
Top -Ups = Grab Pay Top Up

Key words at “when you qualify for your quarterly ....”
But hope I’m wrong lah. Then those that wana utilise grabpay to meet criteria can benefit. I don’t use grabpay anyway.

Anybody knows if recurring monthly charge for anytime fitness code EZ pay will qualify as a valid transaction?
I read the T&C and it seems valid?

I did not get my $50 rebate for Oct-Dec spending. Called in and was told that my Starhub bill payment is not counted. I pay the bill at Starhub's website. Since when is telco bill excluded??

oh no ... this is bad. I paid a Singtel mobile bill using the Singtel website in Jan 2019. Thought it qualify for the rebate :eek:

Did you question the CSO on this exclusion? You can ask them for the MCC code of the transaction to start a dispute on the rebates.

Ok i'll call in tmr and ask. But where can see the MCC code of their exclusion list?

anyone know if paying overseas merchant via pay pal (link to UOB one card) eligible for rebates too?

Note: not topping up but payment directly via paypal
