Understand that many cards removed rewards/cashback for grab wallet topup.

If anyone knows cards that can still get back something from topping up grab wallet, please let me know. Thanks

You want to pay via GIRO (for the purpose of UOB one account bomus intetest)? If so yes, need to send Giro forms to the other banks.

Yes this. Thanks so much Trazora :)

Now just gotta find which branches are still open during this period...some closed due to Covid sighs.

Just download the GIRO form from your credit card’s bank and use business reply envelopes. Don’t have to go to the physical branch.

Wait I'm confused now. I wish to have GIRO arrangement with my UOB One account to pay other banks credit card bills.

So should be download and print UOB form, then submit to other banks?

Or download and print other banks GIRO form? :s11:

So for example, to pay DBS credit card bill using UOB One account, I print DBS GIRO form, submit to DBS branch also?

Just curious too, typically how long does it take for the GIRO arrangement to be finalised and for deduction to start?

Faster if you go to the bank. But not encouraged to go now....

My experience setting up GIRO for my POSB everyday card :

Went to POSB on 10 Dec 2019 in the afternoon. Got the GIRO form from the staff at queue counter. At the same time given a queue number when I said I wanted to submit form after completing it. Apparantly teller need to verify signature when I submit. Filled up the form while waiting.

Received SMS on 19 Dec from UOB that GIRO is approved on 18 Dec

But first GIRO deduction depends on your statement date and due date. My first statement date after approval is 6 Jan. Due date 28 Jan. First GIRO deducted successfully on 28 Jan.

Went to do it just now. But apparently due to Covid, it wasn't deemed as super important and I was told to fill up outside the branch lol. I just hope that everything is filled in correctly and it won't get rejected or something.
