Bro. Seek your help pls. My line is a corporate line. I'm not able to register it under consumer mybill portal , so can't pay using credit card online. Tried it at sam too. Scanned the bill and when come to payment, only nets option was available. Not sure why. Do u have any other suggestion pls? Thanks !

SAM machines do not accept credit cards but mysam.sg does.

Just learned so much that the structure for corporate bill is so different than consumer bill. The latter has much more flexibility for sure.

Try setting transactions limit to $1 so that you get SMS for every transactions. I have no problem with tracking online as transactions appear once merchants posted it which is usually within 2 days, nothing to do with UOB, all banks does it this way.

yup i choose my main credit cards that allowed this feature ( min 1 ) then everything goes into excel sheet at the end of the wk

Anyone knows changing the statement dates

1. affect quarterly rebate?

cso told me my statement date in early may is out, if change incoming cycle to end may, aka bringing forward from early jun, may results in 2 statements in same calender month, cso not sure if will affect the rebate.

2. prorate a shortened bill cycle?

he also unsure if bring forward from early jun to end may, whether i still need to hit tier of 300/800/1500 or prorate to number of days in this bill cycle.

I have not receive my card, called hotline, told me statement date is early June, I requested for mthend, she changed it to 31 for me and said I'll not receive 2 statements in the same mth, so first statement I will receive will be June 30 = 2 statements combined into 1.

What I will do when I receive my card is quickly charge before end May, then after June original statement date, start to charge for June and before Jun 30, solved, hahaha. Hope to receive card by early next week.

Ya 1st statement/1st quarter was already confusing when UOB1 card solely used for cash rebate ... Now combo with UOB1 bonus interest lagi more confusing

I just called uob they messed up my billing cycle, the staff helped me change my billing cycle to end of the month to sync with my uob one account. She also said that for this quarter, as long as i make 3 transactions(every month) and transact 500x3 or 800x3 in total(no matter the month), i will get the rebate. The billing cycle to end of the month will start after the end of July.

I changed in April, first i asked for month end they say cannot and they set it to 25th of May which shortened my second cycle to 12thMay(my default billing cycle) to 25th May. I complained, thats why now they say forget about the billing cycle for now, since i want my first billing cycle to hit $800(which i didnt due to the short billing cycle) they help me change my first quarter rebate criteria to the whole three months in total. As long as i spend 1500, or 2400 for this three months, i will get the 3.33% rebate.

Ps: aparrently, now they say can set billing cycle to month end liao...keep changing.
