Forex rate depends on your banker's call. Your spread is his / her margin.

Home loan rates - marginal improvement - like 0.05%.

Car loan rates - no difference.

Concierge - if you give your banker sufficient business volume, they will do it by hand for you. If not can forget about it.

but why the bank spread so bad compared to money changer? Like that everybody just change money at money changer. what for use banking forex?
my only contact with forex is when I change money for overseas holiday. I am certainly not touching a forex account because I do not know enough about that market... so forex doesnt affect me.

UOB has 3 tiers, privilege, privilege reserve, private banking.
The lowest tier, privilege, doesn't really have many privileges =:p

But it's free, no fall below fee, and lifetime fee waiver on visa signature. (Privilege banking does not auto-qualify for visa infinite), so you can always try.

In fact is like no privilege. Sometime the Q can be as long as general counters. Another bad thing is the rm like mostly would not last more than a year. Lost track of who are them. They only call when they want to sell something.

If I would like to be a UOB wealth banking customer, can I still leave 50k of the 100k (min. amount) in the UOB One account (and continue to enjoy the higher interest and cashback), or does all the cash have to be kept in the wealth bankings account?

Is aggregated together as the AUM.
