Has anyone taken it up? How is the experience so far?

Not a useful card..the operator is lousy too..cant really get you difficult to book restaurants or concert ticket. Complaints was ignored by managment. You are better off with other OUB cards.

If the Platinum Charge Card Concierge is no different from the Platinum CC Concierge, then they all use the same service (as UOB). Because I tried making bookings with both Amex Plat Credit and UOB VI/PB concierge and they both replied using the same SMS number.

If i am not wrong, its all by aspire lifestyle concierge. which is also now use by citi.

Yeah Citi prestige uses aspire lifestyle...and I suspect Citi Ultima too...although they may all have dedicated teams for easy bank's cc

It seems more like you call your dedicated Ultima RM ( not to be confused with your private banker, this is a credit card RM) then if needed they forward and handled the request to Aspire.

I have seen the same person reply both an separate ultima and prestige enquiry.

On a sidenote, i prefered ten lifestyle a bit more.

Although the deals like the 1 for 1 chicago tickets seem to come alot more after the switch to aspire.

Is the Citi Ultima still offering diamond hhonors this year? I don't see it in their ultima website
