They just say have to wait and check ns portal. Nothing i can do about it. Without the medical board official notice, no one can do anything about it. Not even a letter stating i'm approve for up PES.

You want to up PES for what purpose?

Apparently the govt sector i working for requires me to be physically fit hence up PES.
You can be physically fit but medically unfit you do know that right? Your PES status simply says that you are medically fit or unfit to be employed to different vocations with different physical needs which your medical fitness may or may not allow you to undertake.

In any case, not exactly sure if you might have jump the gun. But anyway, they say usually takes about 3 months for the PES review to take place. May be longer for upgrading cause they don't want to take the risk unlike downgrading.

So you just got to wait it out lor. Hope you don't regret.

One can be a marathon runner, a weight lifter, but half blind hence PES E. Not saying half "blind" definitely PES E, but got people who are half "blind" and is PES E

If you so wish to still get upgraded, chances are you will. But will you regret?

Like I said, physically fit which your job requires is one thing. Medical is another.

Well i thought about it for a long time, trust me, like really really long time. And the thing is i don't know, i can't say for sure that i will regret it or not but one thing i can be sure is that at least i try and i know. I don't want to regret when i'm old and in my dying bed cause i'm afraid of what's to come.

I mean you need to be sure that for your line of work, they are talking about medical fitness and not physical fitness.

Cause right, if it is about your PES status, I doubt you will even be hired even before you upgrade your PES.

The fact that you have already been hired, means that PES status is not the problem. But maybe you need to up your physical fitness through exercising.

the waiting is about 1 to 4 months

the time is different because some are not straightforward cases. sometimes they need to get specialist input, or will contact the doctor in charge.

medical board is usually held once a month, but that depends on schedule also. postponement, people on leave etc. are possible reasons for delay i can think of

i think for your side, you dont have to do anything, just wait.
