update amd 7950 to ver 13.9

Hi guys i tried to update to ver 13.9 for my amd 7950 but it always stuck when installing microsoft netframe 4.5 how do i address this issue ?

install ms netframe 4.5 first, if success then install ver 13.9

lol i think i messed up i tried uninstalling catalyst and now its hang there too

Download a "clean uninstall utility" like Display Driver Uninstaller. It's open sourced, works with both AMD and Nvidia GPUs.

Use the Highly Recommended option.
