Upgrade advise

Looking to upgrade some of my parts. Recently monitor just go black whenever i play any games. Not sure which component going to spoil soon. Current specs on my profile

Any advise?

U reckon is GPU driver problem?
which version u using now ? i using the latest 1 maybe thats why.
