upgrade/buy new one?

i am currently running on i5-2400 with 8gb ram and a palit gtx 560ti sonic and seeing how my graphics card keep failing/giving me problem shld i just buy a new 650/660 graphics card or change the cpu+mobo+gpu?
which will be more cost effective?

as jian said upgrade your gpu to play newer games in higher settings.
your cpu is still good.

sometimes it could be your psu causing your system to be unstable. have it checked too.

i will be changing casing also cos the current one tend to have very low air flow
