Advise needed, should i wait for the new gpu to come?

At this timing, best to wait for AMD n brands to release their GPU. Could be cheaper than 770 and nearly/on par with it....

Your cpu/mobo is fine, just get another 2x2gb ram and ssd if you want.

Maybe you can wait till November when the prices for the nVidia graphics cards drop before buying the dream rig.

Normally, Battlefield 4 will have some bugs during the initial stages. I waited for a few months before buying and playing Battlefield 3.

Rig still OK. Just wait for r9 280x for 1080p gaming. It should be slightly better then 760 and probably reaching on par the gtx770. Its in between them but the price should be attractive too.

280x is on par with gtx770 and totally blows gtx760 away.
