Upgrade GPU will it bottleneck?

Hi, would like to check if i upgrade my current gtx 560ti to 970 gtx will it bottleneck my new gpu?
im running in i5 2500k on biostar tp67b+ mobo.
will my psu be sufficient as well? its 500watts.
