Upgrade Harddisk on NAS

I have 5 harddisk of 2TB, thinking of upgrading to 5 x 4Tb.
Using a Synology NAs, what should I do, there is about 8Tb of file inside.

Synology is change one disk at a time )if u run RAID) right ? There is a write up on the Synology page
