Upgrade of graphics questiong

Currently i have a 650 ti and it is struggling to play mafia 3 on medium or low so i am thinking of switching to either the msi 1060 oc v1 or zotac 1060 amp or sapphire rx480 so i am wondering what will be a good choice, current psu is 650w

Well mifa 3 seems better optimised on nvidia card though, so would u get GTX 1060 by zotac.
