i bought a SATA3 ssd and a USB3.0 ext harddrive yesterday on impulse.
need you help on how to upgrade my system to support both SATA3 and USB3.0
My current specs
Intel Q9550 on Gigabyte ga-ep45-ud3 motherboard

Buy expansion cards. Google them.

SSD just plug in 1 of your SATA ports on your MB, as for USB3.0 ext harddrive u need...

bro can i check with you
i getting speed of 20Mbps now without the interface card
will the speed be 40M ??? (after getting the card) as shown in the diagram
