Intending to upgrade 3 of the components below: CPU, mobo & ram
Normal usage of the PC will be to surf web, light gaming (eg: Dota 2), watch HD movie, etc.
Not going to OC. Prefer Intel. Value reliability.
Will be needing at least 2 PCIe slots since gonna hoot a PCIe wireless card.
Budget is 400.

Asking the pros here for advice what is the best bang for bucks for these 3 components now. TIA.

Upgrading these components:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550
Mainboard: Micro-Star P43 Neo3 (MS7514)
Memory: 2x PC2-6400 (400MHz) 2G

Re-using these components:
Graphics Card: Sapphire 7850
Storage Drive: Intel 330 120G SSD, WD Blue 640G SATA II
Display: 21 Inch SAMSUNG LCD
Power Supply Unit: AeroCool V12-600
Casing: Corsair 550D
Operating System: Windows 7 Pro 64Bit

Asus z87 pro
Intel 4670 processor

You don't even need a wifi card, motherboard has it. Also has Bluetooth

The board PCIe x1 is block by GPU.
Cant plug in wireless adapter, USB wireless is cui due to wall, distance & interference.

May be I should just get a 2nd hand mobo and wait a bit longer before upgrading sometimes later?
