not really good with amd/ati stuff but from what I see RAM's fine, storage's fine.

your AMD CPU is about 50% slower than the haswell i5 4570(k) so you may want to consider upgrading mobo + cpu.

Graphics card can also consider.

If you are using good speakers high quality 2.1 or 5.1 you can buy a sound card.

Wait for new GPU then see how, a 760 improvement over 6950 won't be much as your CPU quite weak for the latest CPU intensive titles.

My 5c.

Your chipset and CPU can giv it an overhaul ba. Gfx still can retain.

For amd can get 990x chipset board and probably a fx6300 or fx 8350.

For intel can get the MSI b85m g43 + i5-4570 ~ $356.

How old is the PSU? If more than 5 years I suggest you change it to get cleaner power supply.

Probably a 600w this time round. Seasonic m12ii 620w ~ $118.

I'd go for the 8350 and a cheaper mobo. More games are going to support 8 cores, will be more future proof i think.
